My service area is typically 25 miles from Eden Prairie, MN. I am happy to travel further than this but a travel surcharge may apply.
30-50 miles additional $25.
50-75 miles additional $40
75-100 miles additional $60
above 100 miles $60 + 0.625c/mile

HOW ARE PHOTOS DELIVERED?
Real Estate Images are delivered with a Dropbox link. I provide MLS-ready images and high-resolution images for printed material (free upon request).
Downloading is easy via Dropbox.
Please note: 50% payment is required prior to the photoshoot for first-time clients.
WHEN WILL I GET MY PHOTO'S?
Real Estate Images are delivered via email directly to you within 24 hours of the shoot.
I also provide 'rush' same day delivery for an additional charge of $40
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
I respectfully ask for a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule photo shoots. Within the 48-hour window, a cancellation fee of $75 will be charged. If I arrive at the property to find the shoot is canceled (including denied access to the property), 50% of the quoted shoot amount will be assessed in addition to the $75 cancellation fee. I will do my best to work around situations and communication between us will be open and frequent.
If the weather prevents me from shooting exteriors then I will return to shoot as soon as possible. Please note that I can shoot in most inclement conditions.
If the house is not ready and the shoot, therefore, goes past the allotted time there will either be an additional hourly charge of 40/hour for any part of the first hour. Or if I have another appointment to go to then the shoot will end. Of course, I will try my best to work around any of these situations.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?
I am based in Eden Prairie, MN and my service area is generally 30 miles radius. Cities include Minnetonka, Edina, Prior Lake, Chanhassen, Bloomington. Eagan and Wayzata I do travel further but typically a travel fee of $0.625 per mile will be applied.
